SES can manufacture coils & solenoids wound to your specifications. Formers may be moulded, fabricated or turned, depending on the availability & application.Some coils & solenoids have been wound with no supporting former at all, for applications such as dynomometers (see picture).
SES winds, press-forms & varnishes coils used in the stators of motors used to raise & lower railway boom gates, as well as solenoid coils &transformers used in other railway signalling equipment.
